Do you do emergency lockouts or same day service?
Most emergency lockout requests can be completed within 60 minutes when a technician is available. Same-day service depends on scheduling.
Do you install customer supplied hardware?
Yes. We can install locks provided by the customer and are experienced with all major manufacturers. Our guarantee applies to labor only. Manufacturer warranties, defects, or product failures are handled directly through the manufacturer.
Is pricing flat-rate or will I see additional fees?
We use flat-rate pricing for each service. Any adjustments due to specialty hardware, extended travel distances, or unique circumstances are disclosed and approved before work begins.
